Omelets have always been a favourite food to eat for breakfast. But how do they turn out so perfectly? I have tried many different recipes and methods, but none of them work. Today, I'd like to share some tips with you in order to make delicious and fluffy omelets every day.

It is important to know that eggs can be temperamental when making omelets. Eggs must be purchased fresh, preferably organic, and kept chilled until ready for cooking. If they are not kept cold enough, the whites won’t form properly. The yolks will also break down too quickly and become runny. This will make your omelets appear strangely colored. If you want to make omelets right away, it's best not to use eggs that are too cold.

You can also separate the egg before you add it to the pan. You don't want the white to get mixed with the yolk, as this could cause the egg to curdle.

The egg can burn if it is placed directly on the stovetop. Instead, put the egg in the microwave for 10 seconds before putting it into the pan. The microwave heat is sufficient to cook the egg without overcooking.

Next, let’s talk about mixing the egg. You want to mix the eggs thoroughly before you add them. To do this, take the bowl from the mixer and flip it upside-down. Then shake the bowl vigorously. By doing this, the egg is thoroughly mixed with the air in the bowl.

Now comes the fun part: adding the milk to your mixture. Mix half of the milk with the eggs. Then fold the eggs in half into the remaining milk. Do not be alarmed if there are still egg streaks visible. Once the omelet flips, these streaks will disappear.
